SQ sub with balls

I'm looking for a sub that has balls, but also SQ. Price range up to about $450. It will be powered by a HiFonics Bxi1606D thus the sub should be able to handle approximately 1600WRMS.

What about a pair of Rl-Ps? Not sure how one would do with that much power, but a pair should do VERY WELL with it.
