Speaker Grills

I have a pair of RE8's in a custom box...

Surface mounted...

I need 2 - 8" grills...preferably black wire mesh...

I would like grills with a ring that you screw to the box first...then the grill fits into the ring...thus eliminating the hold down pieces that stick out on the sides of the grill...

Does anyone know where I might be able to get grills like this???

hey steve you gotta think tho, those are made for speakers, not subs, so like reular speakers only excurt a little if not none, but the RE8's can jump preaty high so its gonna hit that grill for sure... so you should look into buying one specially made for a "subwoofer"
