speaker fit help

I bought some 6" round speakers for my Saturn to replace the factory 6" speakers. The problem that I have run into is my new 6" rounds are really 6" round while the factory speakers were 6" round with extra length at four corners for the screw holes. Now my new speakers will not line up with the holes in the rear of the car. They don't even cover the space of the hole completely. I can only secure one side of the speaker and of course it rattles like crazy. Any advice would be much appreciated. How do I secure the whole speaker?? Will just a small bit of insulation around the speakers between the metal do the trick to stop the rattling?? Please help

The Problem is that your car doesn't fit 6 1/2 speakers they fit 6 3/4" speakers. Rockford fosgate, polk, Kenwood, & pioneer make 6 3/4" and some others common Brand Names just can't remember the rest off hand. Go to cardomain.com and do a search there on your car to see what fits. That would be a great start.
