no way thats crazy. you wanna run 4k watts and 12 cubes? it will destroy itself rather quickly.

So how many cubes should I make for 4k and for 12k?

you are going off the deep end. there is absolutely zero need for 12k in your room and neither of them subs will deal well in a box of that size as they are car audio only subs.

Sorry thats my fault you said two 18"s. Trying to enter tracking numbers, answer pms, and post at same time. For two yes that will be good. 12 cubes on 4k tuned to 25hz

This is absurd.. 4k-12k in your living room? 400w plate amp on a single sub in a horn will do damage. I cannot imagine that. I would probably tune even lower that 25hz if you're just going with a ported box.

Should I do 24 cubes for 12k than with a tuning of 25? I would do the 4k for the soundqubed with 4k and sundown would get 12k, I think I'm leaning mores towards with sundown now...ugh decisions xD

hdc's have never been great at lows for me so there's no way I would do them for home. the more power the smaller box you want to limit mechanical failure. I wouldnt send 12k to two sundown z's. 4K is plenty.
