What about a RE Audio SRPRO15? FS is down at 23 Hz, Vas 203L, Qes .45, QTS .41. Looks a lot better on paper, right? $6 cheaper too... But less power handling.

BTW, when a sub has 2 voice coils and a 500w rating, does that mean 500w per coil or 250w per coil?

Noooooooo you don't want that junk my little bro was looking at the same garbage I pointed him toward this exact sub model just a diffent size cause for the money it's a much much better built woofer

I've personally heard 4 different SQ setups in ported boxes and it sounded just fine, even when tuned lower. 34-35 should work fine for you.
