Someone wana check my math?

Hmmmm which ones dont add up? i did this in a car so i could have very easily messed up. and like i said this is my first one.
Like you said, you didn't take into account the MDF thickness, so everything is kind out of whack and can be 3/4-1.5" different depending on how you look at it. For instance, the front and back width. 34.75" is what you have listed for the back, and up front you have 31.75" plus a 3" wide port...but what about the left side that adds an extra 3/4"? See what I mean?

yes i get what your saying.

I just downloaded the google sketchup so ill do it again and remember to take in account the thickness of wood

 
you need to factor in port displacement, sub woofer displacement(which you don't know yet), and displacement of wood. all this stuff can be done on the 12volt.com, they have some decent calculators over there. and anything you come up with, double check with other online calculators to verify.
