looks like there is gonna be lots of snap, crackle and popping going on....I can see the smoke now...prolly only handle between 13.5 and 14.4v or some weak shit..lol. Not enough manufacturing info to justify a single $ spent on them...lol prolly get a box of bricks and this in the mail..

Highly doubt it, someone has already bought one from him and gave him a positive feedback, plus selling something then send something that does not match the description is a 100% no-no on eBay. Buyer will get money back and seller will be banned.

I'm going to guess that the seller has inside connection with a buildhouse and got some stuff for real cheap.
