lol no thats not me...

or is it? I was making love to a foreign princess and she kept on repeating, "You d!ck black man!" I figured she meant she wanted a threesome with a black man, but I only have them with other women. If there was another guy there, he would feel inadequate because of my size. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

...or is it?

Guys -
I e-mailed that guy about the Arc 2.500-XXK he was selling and offered him straight cash $$$ for a local pick up - he must live within 1-2 miles from me...no joke...and he would not do it!!! WTF!!! He said that he ships only and would not end the auction early. I guess i did not make it clear enough for him that i would drive over to his house and hand him the money for the **** amp....

Can you imagine If i won the action and him haveing to take the amp to the post office and ship it to the same F"ING zip code...what a jackass....
A bidder, by the act of placing their potentially winning bid, has entered into a legal contract with the seller to pay for their won item promptly after the EOL. The same applies in reverse ~ a seller is entering into a legally binding contract to sell that item if it receives a winning bid, at the winning bid price, and ship it in a reasonable amount of time after payment has been tendered. Do people decide not to follow the eBay UA after signing it and agreeing to abide by it? Certainly they do. People deciding to be dishonest is the precise reason that most all forms of online trading between individuals has the poor reputation that currently plagues it as a process. Additionally - Let's assume for argument's sake the seller is legitimate. As well let's assume he ends up making a lot of sales. Potentially a fair few of those sales could be to local buyers. It's an eBay auction not a garage sale. He may not want a bunch of strangers in and out of his house ~ can't say I would either.
Plus he had ZERO feed back and a ton of high end gear....should check the paper to see what local shop got held up!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
A brand new seller with a non-existant feedback record selling big ticket items would make me pretty leery, too. Can't say that I would have bid on that auction. I know everyone has to start somewhere but I must admit the whole feel of the listings is a bit on the slimy side.
Good luck to those that buy on getting your gear. If you do.....good friggen deals - score!
