soldering 2 speaker wires okay?

ease of removal / change of equipment.... i never keep a setup for more than 6 months
Ok - now that's a legitimate answer. 2 points for j00 //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Having the appropriate connections soldered together, however, would at most cause an extra few seconds of uninstall time and personally I'd rather know beyond a shadow of a doubt those splices are solid.

So long as some sort of safe and secure method is used to connect the wires, however, it's all good. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

I always solder my connections ...

Why would you not want to? Soldered connections covered with heatshrink FTW! //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thumbsup.gif.3287b36ca96645a13a43aff531f37f02.gif

although autozone does have these reusable connectors where each side comes apart, and the wire is added through, and screwed back on.
