Should I upgrade?

Currently I have a set of JL C5 components in my 06 BMW 325 convertible and they sound amazing. I had them for about 6 or 7 years now. I just had a new head unit and redid my subwoofer enclosure the other day and had a listen to some Focals and they sound unbelievable. The K2s really sounded amazing. After hearing them I have the itch to upgrade but not sure if it's really worth it. I guess if I do then I can put the C5s in my X5. Just curious what you guys think.
