Ok my currently just finished install goes like this...
On Accord 2004 V6 Coupe
Eclipse 8445 Headunit
JL audio E6450 AMP Six channel
Front Set of Boston Pro's 60
Rear Set of focal 5.25 Mids for rear fill
Diamond audio 400w RMS sealed 10" DVC Sub
So on channel 1 and 2 I have the Boston Pro's, 3 and 4 Rear fill Focal's, and 5 and 6 Bridged sub at 8hms.
This are my amp specs:

JL Audio Amplifier
e6450 Class A/B Six-Channel System Amplifier Specifications:
Rated Power 12.5 V Stereo: 45W RMS x 6 @ 4 ohm
75W RMS x 6 @ 2 ohm
Rated Power 12.5 V Bridged: 90W RMS x 3 @ 8 ohm
150W RMS x 3 @ 4 ohm
Rated Power 14.5 V Stereo: 70 W RMS x 6 @ 4 ohm
110 W RMS x 6 @ 2 ohm
Rated Power 14.5 V Bridged : 140 W RMS x 3 @ 8 ohm
220 W RMS x 3 @ 4 ohm
So I want to bridge the comps in channels 1 trough 4 and leave 5 and 6 for rear fill and get a separate amp for my sub, especifically a rockford fosgate punch 3002.
Specs for the amp:
75 W x 2 @ 4 Ohms RMS
150 W x 2 @ 2 Ohms RMS
300 W x 1 @ 4 Ohms Bridged RMS
I could also get anything from PPI, Crossfire, JBL, Memphis, MA audio, JL audio, Diamond.
So any other amp recommendations?
You think is worth it?
what benefits should I see?
Could I kill my alternator by doing this or put more strain on my electrical system?
I just like quiet crystal clear music not something loud that bumps all of my car parts... just nice clean SQ.
Thanx in advance..!
