Should i run this at 1ohm or .5ohm? :-)

I'm buying a Fi Q 18" soon to put in my 7cuft box tuned 28 hz, I'll have it hooked up to my BRZ1200 for a while, stock electrical with 130 amp stock alt. I'm wondering if i should buy the 2ohm or 1 ohm sub and either run it at 1ohm or .5 ohm. Anyone have experience running the brz1200 at .5 ohm? Also would stock electrical be ok? ive been running it at 1ohm for a year.

i would not drop that amp down to .5ohm... just my $0.02

Run it at 1 ohm.

1ohm I doubt the Brutus is stable lower than 1ohm

Don't drop that amp below 1 ohm unless you plan on replacing it soon

prob find even at 1 ohm that you'll need to upgrade your electrical.

Definitely stay away from .5 on stock electrical
