there is a guy i work with and yesterday i got to check out his girls ford explorer.He does drive it often. so i got a demo yesterday. it was ok for what it was there was a bad ground some where. after looking over what he had i was kinda pissed lol. he had 2 12inch kenwood old school low rms subs ported in a prefab box. then he had 2 sony red cone 12inch subs sealed. he had some bs power/ground kit looked to b 4 ga.He had 2 power caps and a sony deck. he let me go over his set up he was droping down to 12.9 volts wich is not to bad . as far as amps he had a sony 2 channel amp and a old school hifonics amp. i got my demo then i went to my car and got a cd for him to check out. there was some low bass notes he had a hard time hiting but some of the songs had higher bass notes and he was like **** can i have this cd so igave it to him. he was moving some air. now what u guys think should i help him out cuz he was like can u give me a hand? he was like i want 4 15s this that and the othere thing.i did my best to tell him if he just do 2 15s off off like 1500watts and kept his wire ditched his pa horns etc he would b happy. is this worth the headache or should i just let him do his thing?

idk, there is a guy that is in to car audio but does not know what to get. he was looking around in walmart at some sony subs and was like i would like to have like 10 of these. he dont work today but i have his phone number i might call him to see if he wants to meet up tomrrow befor work and go over his set up and see if i can get his ground issue under control. i think its cuz of his pa horn amp lol

ummm he is black and his girl is black and to b honest im not in to black girls. he is around my age this guy and for the most part he sounds like he likes car audio and wants to get somthing going for the right reason. he would not demo with alot of people around and he said he dont blast his music around town .

im thinking about it, he said he will have like 400 to spend. i think i could help him sell his stuff but im thinking mayb i should not cuz if something goes wrong i dont need the head ache. i was thinking keep his sony deck its not bad and its wired up right as fair as i can tell. i wana ditch the pa horns and mayb start with a audipipe 1500d. im gona see if he likes low bass or high bass. from what i can tell he likes loud over moving air.

he was kinda cool about it, he was like yea bro we can meet up get some drinks and sh it. i smoked a few joints with him but this was the first time i really talked about car audio. it started with me tellin another guy i work with about my new battery etc etc.

if he's willing to listen and learn, sure help him out. but if he acts like he knows his shit and you're wrong, just point and laugh while you roll off slammin.

he seams like a good guy that just got some bs car audio. he does want to have a nice loud set up but he dont understand it will take some money and alot of power lol. as far as roll of slammin i doubt i will do that. im gona do 4 id 12s sealed , it will sound good but well see how LOUD it gets lol.

i dont mind helping,its just im not sure he understands what he wants will not happen over night. i would like for him to hear my 4 12s sealed when i get everything in my car to get an idea. tomrrow if i get a chance befor work or at dinner time i will sneak a few pics and post them on here. i think he could get 300 for his subs and amps easy on craigslist but thats on him. so his 300 he has is now 600. thats not bad keep in mind he has wire and a deck. he just needs 2 subs and a amp and a box.
