i know they are both different power classes but how much of a difference . yes i am looking for the most impressive woofer here. but also i have a chance to save some money . so will i notice a great difference in the more expensive one . and also im only going to run one 15 in my car ..

Both are good subs HDC3 will get louder though. Don't give it above 1200w clamped or play below tuning and you'll be good

I just swapped out my Eclipse Ti's for 1 Fosgate T215 and didn't lose much spl if any....will be getting it metered tomorrow.

Build a nice box...no pre fab shit

The ab he and hdc3 are essentially the same sub. Hdc3 rated @1000 hd@1500. Both will get loud in the right box.

Ascendant audio makes a real nice product, id just go with the HDC3 though..

AQ2200 would be a good amp for the HDC if you want to push it pretty hard, otherwise the AQ1200 is fine...

I have heard the AB xfl 15s and tyhey are good tough subs. SA 15 is good too. Also Soundstream SPLX 15s are good, Most of all, your choice depends on your amp power and system goal.
