Wrong. If you're running amps drawing minimal current, then you won't see any benefit doing the big 3, and will only be wasting money.

well he is running a 750 watt amp, and although he hasn't listed it I would assume there is a front stage amp, his batt is in the rear of his car, with a wire that is barely enough for the stock draw,

wow lot of poo flying around this thread. if you're trying to save 20 bucks, and get no dimming after install, dont do it. if you're one of these lazy bastards who only wants to work on stuff one time (ie - likely to install amp and call it good even if you do get dimming) then just do the big 3 at the same time.

you don't have to run anymore wire than folks with their battery in the front. battery in the front, you have a short run from battery to alt, long run from battery to amps. battery in the trunk, its the other way around.
