Should I do it?

I'd sell both v6 cars, buy the 94 z28, and rebuild it. You said the 94 z28 is in good condition so why waste time & money swapping the parts to another car.

Lol thats bad if he meant Pontiac, because they arent even close to Ford, and it wouldnt be hard at all, since the Firebird has the same motor.

Lol, thats pathetic. Why even waste money on an econobox FWD car? Sure they are fast, but look at the thing, its ugly as shit and sounds like ***
its all preference bro just like with anything else but me personally i love all cars im not close minded like you

I have been wanting to do a motor build for a while and so I figured why not start now. I am surrounded by mechanics that can help me along the way so I just say what the heck.

should sell all cars and find one with an ls1
Sounds easier than it is.

Wow this thread has its problems. There is no ford motor, and there is no 94 Z28.

If anyone thinks Civics are fast after watching those videos, I have some land in Florida to sell you.

I will trade you some ocean front property in Arizona for it. From the front porch, you can see the sea. PM me if interested.

Do the motor build just don't swap it into another car. Build the car that originally had the LT1 in it.

LOL that is correct, there are no z28's or ford's in this thread and I for one think that racing civics are FAIL

My bad, the '94 Firebird.
Get it right son lol

I am thinking about that honestly.

The good thing about buying the 94 is you'd get the right computer for that engine. I wouldn't buy it without knowing what's wrong with the motor though. It could be something as simple as a bad cam sensor, and it could be something as bad as a connecting rod through the block. *shrug*

Your point?

Not to mention the fact that no four banger, albeit a boxer 4 with uneven length headers, will EVER match the sound of even a mildly tuned 5/6/8/10/12 cylinder. EVER. They will always sound anonymous or farty. Trying to make a proper 5 cylinder (Audi), 6 cylinder (VR6), 8 cylinder (pick your fancy), 10 cylinder (Gallardo), or 12 cylinder (again, pick your fancy) sound bad is about as difficult as it is to make a 4 cylinder sound good. And this is only one of the factors...don't get me started!
