should i change my amp?

ok ive had my 15" l7 for a few months now and decided 2 do it justice by making a vented enclosure only problem i have now is the max rec. wattage is 750rms on a vented enclosure and my amp (d2400) is pushin 1200rms at 1 ohm is that realy gona be an issue?

the sub is a DVC 2ohm so i can only wire at 1 or 4 ohms and if i wire at 4 the amp will deliver 400rms so wht can i do???

just wire it down to one ohm and adjust the gain.

well at the moment in the sealed 1.5cu ft box the gain is about 20% with the remote gain goin no more than 50% will that be ok as it is on the vented enclosure?
