styling too. i mean to me, a g35 or g37 looks sick. pretty much no domestic car for that price looks as good. i mean they not only are poor quality, but they look it. even on "high end" caddys. its like they just think that by throwing chrome accents on everything that it makes it look good. the new escalade looks gross. and i am a die hard chevy man.

Inflated retirement plans? The UAW has conceded a lot on pensions. What is the UAW to do? Tell the people they represented for 30 years that the pensions we fought for are going to be no more? If they conceded everything they would be useless.

It's not the UAW fault, its the automakers fault, They can't get out of the contracts.

Hell they should milk them for all it's worth because its almost over

Didn't say it would be good. I'm telling you the problem is the 60 year old man who is getting paid a rediculous wage to do a job that a 16 year old kid could do for minimum wage faster is why the US automakers can't compete

That Kerkorian guy dumped a huge amount of Ford stock. I don't think many sane, rational people would be investing 10k in GM.

I already explained this once, and will do so again now for the last time. Pay attention and take notes because I'm not explaining it again.

GM employs union workers, who on average make 2x or more than non union workers at other places. That automatically raises there bottom line higher than other companies. So there price is going to be higher than other companies. Since they have a higher bottom line they can't have as much added value as other foreign automakers.

They have less features than competitively priced vehicles from other manufacturers. An intelligent buyer will try to get the highest value for there dollar, so they spend money on features and not on overinflated labor.

Michigan took our football coach, basketball coach, so you can have our economic trouble too.
