Should I be concerned about CBR Stereo.com?

Guys, should I be concerned about an order I placed with CBR Stereo.com? I have heard nothing from them since I placed my order 1 1/2 days ago and I previously had an e-mail exchange with a guy named Rob that said my order would ship within 24 hours? I am quite concerned now as there is no telephone number on their website so I can call and check on things.

I bought my first set of decent subs (PG ti15"s) from them about two years ago, no problems at all.

I purchased Stinger Expert stuff from their website. I thought their service was horrible, but their prices were the best according to Froogle. I recieved my items from UPS even before I received an order confirmation email. I even paid for expedited shipped and they shipped it UPS ground, then refused the refund the shipping difference. I would not order from them again.

I almost bought from them a while back, but when you are abusiness and you answer the phone sounding like you just woke up after getting high and say "hello", you lose all your business credibility. I thought I had the wrong number.

I went with cardomain with my first caraudio purhcase online and it was awsoe. Caraudio.com probly gets paid to have those links there though
