Sonicelectronix? Why won't they respond?

ok, check this out. follow me, ok. They are not responding to your emails. ok, are you following still? If they are not willing to treat you right before the sale, why in the heck would they treat you good after the sale? Usually someone will treat you good before the sale to get you to buy. Now check this, as a seller, I dont mind answering a few questions here and there, however I have had a few people in the past that felt it neccessary to keep contacting me about every 8 hours. I truly hate buyers like that. If your a buyer who needs instant gratification, you should shop from a B&M. If you dont want to pay B&M prices, buy from the net but dont expect the same instant gratification.

I dunno what b&m is but agree with the rest. If I get that shitty of service, I say fok you and look elsewhere.

 
**** Sonicelectronix. I canceled my order with them today because of their shady practices. I talked to 3 different people and got three different stories about my order. If they can't be honest with me the first time and then have to continue with different lies to cover up the former lies then they can kiss my money good bye. They lost $400 today and much more in the future. I will push all of my friends towards other sites than theirs as well.

the one last thing that sucks is it will take up to 4 business days to refund my money AND they are keeping $10.00 of my money for the cancel even though I cancelled because of their customer service or lack of.

They can take my money in a matter of seconds, but it takes days to return it! **** 'em

WHOA dude, chill out!!! I only contacted them a second time after it had been almost 2 weeks since my first inquiry and I posted this thread because it has been a week since my second inquiry. I understand that your response is due to the lack of information I provided, but I think that you should get further details before making a post that is so inflamatory. I definitely agree that buyers should be patient, but I think I have been more than patient with these folks. I am just glad that I didn't buy a Hifonics Goliath from them because I can only imagine what customer service would have been like, not to mention (despite what their website says) they are not in any way authorized by Maxxsonics Corporation to sell products and have Maxxsonics honor the warranty. This is direct from John Studley.

In all fairness to your defense, you did post numerous times. Now you mention only twice in two weeks. Bit of a difference.

His post is justifiable, if you want good customer service, then go to a shop. If you want to take chances to save a buck or two and buy products usually not backed by a warranty, shop online.

 
I wasnt trying to chew your azz, i was trying to give you insight. If you cant get ahold of em easily, dont buy from em. I would spend the extra money to get it from someone i could get ahold of. To me, that means that future problems will be taken care of easily. Imagine, they might have a 2 week doa policy, but if it takes em 3 weeks to reply, they might play the 2 week policy on your even tho it took em 3 weeks to reply.

I just didn't think that it would take more than one request for them to acknowledge me. I would rather be denied the price match request in a timely manner, than be totally ignored all together. I guess I am spoiled by sounddomain as well because everything always goes so smoothly with them.

I could not agree with you more. BTW, can you still get your hands on some Orion P-Series Dual 2 ohm 12's? I need 2 of them.
