Thats good I guess (you got your product). When im selling some thing I usually try to keep in contact with a customer and if its by email I try to reply asap. I would expect the same from a big website.I ordered an epic 160 from cbr. It took about 3 weeks to get it, no response from them at all after the purchase. Yeah, I was worried, but I got it.
Let me tell you something buddy. February 7th I e-mailed CBR and asked them about the driver I was going to order and they told me it was in stock and could ship within 24 hours. I placed my order February 8th at 7:30 am CT. Waited until February 10th because I had not received any tracking info, when (like I just stated), the item would ship out within 24 hours. February 13th I finally saw where they had created a LABEL with the intent to ship. All week long the FedEx system showed that package data is transmitted to FedEx with an Estimated delivery of February 17th. I waited until February 17th to contact FedEx because of course a delivery never came and they told me all that CBR had done was create a LABEL for shipping and that because this label was now expired CBR would have to re-create the label and ship the package. It is now February 20th and I haven't heard a **** word so you bet your @$$ I'm going to B@#CH about my transaction. Don't tell me to calm down when you would do the same if it happened to you.No contact in a day and a half and you are freaking out? I wouldn't be worried THAT quickly.
