I just bought my first car, a 1986 Camaro Z28. It came with the box for the subs and the wiring all done, all I had to do was hook it up. However, when I hooked it up, I apparently did it wrong, because the subwoofers don't work and I don't think the amp is either. (The light comes on red instead of green, and I don't hear any sound difference). I would really appreciate it if you guys could let me know what I did wrong...here are some pictures of how it is hooked up. Hopefully this will be obvious for you guys.

I hope you guys can help, because this stuff cost me a lot of money!! thanks for your time!

that blue wire is the remote wire, the two bigger wires, red most likely 12v and the smoked one, GROUND. Swap the BLUE and the SMOKED wire and try again.

Yeah, usually the remote is inbetween the power and ground wires.

Doesnt matter.
