setting up email on iphone

I have a caraudio.com email address and i am trying to set it up on my iphone but im not sure what to enter in the fields its asking for such as

POP account information

Name

address

description

Incoming mail server

Host name

User name - i have this set as my user name

password - i set my email password

Outgoing mail servers (SMTP)

host name

user name-Optional

Password-Optional

can someone tell me what i am supposed to enter in the blank fields?

you cannot set up the ca.com email since you dont have the smtp and pop server address. dont think its set upfor that unless you actually pay for the email address which is stupid. try gmail
