Setting Hifonics Filters

How do I know wut my filters are set to? I have a multi-meter. I want to set my low pass to about 58hz, and my subsonic to about 30hz. How can I get them set to an exact freq that I want?

thats hard i think you need an oscilloscope for those. so see where the signal gets cutoff. but i could be wrong.
