Setting gain with multimeter

Hello everybody.
I have a Slick A1 4 channel amplifier and I want to set the gain with a multimeter.

The amp is rated at
4 x 75 rms @ 4 Ohms
4 x 100 rms @ 2 Ohms stereo
2 x 200 rms @ 4 Ohms bridged

Channel 1+2 on the amp runs my front Hertz DCX165 speakers (60rms) and channel 3+4 bridged running a Kicker Comp sub (150rms)

All speakers and the sub are rated at 4 Ohms.

From what I have read, channel 1 is 75rms @ 4 Ohms=300, so the V=17,32
The channels 3+4 bridged (I'm confused here) will it be 150rms or 200rms?

I know how to calculate to find the the Voltage, what I'm asking is, are the bridged channels 3+4 output 200wrms or 150wrms?
