How on earth do I set my xovers?

I have a Slick A1 4 channel amp and I would like to use the xovers on it rather from the headunit.

How do I go about it? The values are 45Hz min to 300Hz max.
How far do I turn the knob? I wish they were more values written!

I want to cross my HPF @ 100Hz and LPF @ 80Hz.

You can get close by using test tones. Like to set the low pass, play a 80 hz tone at low to medium volume and turn the crossover knob till you hear the subwoofer output change.
