I dont own a DMM. My neighbors dont have one.

So im going to have to do this by ear.

i upgraded to a ported box and it doesnt seem louder. so maybe i should mess witht he settings. they are at stock still except for bass boost

here is wat they are

LP: 70

Input Sensitivity: .05

Goes from 4-.03

ISF- off.. watever this is

Phase: Middle. 0-180.. idk wat this is either

my head unit is 2vs if that matters

runnin 2 kenwoods at 400W RMS

amp: Kenwood 9103D. 900W RMS @ 2 ohms

wat should my input sensitivity be at and lpf.

your input sensitivity needs to be set at 2 or so, i'm guessing you have 2.2 volt pre outs on your head unit.
Rarely will headunit preouts put out what they're rated at and rarely will the labels on the amps be accurate. Setting the gain to 2v on the amp will be just as random and spinning it blindly; in both cases the chances are that it is going to be set incorrectly.

The ISF is the Infra Sonic Filter. It is used to help reduce power at very low frequencies. This being set on and too high will result in a loss of output down very low in frequency.

The Phase adjustment can be used to "delay" the signal your subs are getting to help the bass sound more like it is coming from up front and to help it be in phase with the front speakers. This won't really affect the output but it can be very helpful in fine tuning.

Your problem is that you went from a sealed enclosure to a shitty pre-fab ported enclosure. Just throwing random subs into a randomly designed enclosure is going randomly give you results. The results could be good or bad but most of the time, they're going to be bad. If you're looking for bigger and better sound, you should look into a decent single driver to run on the amp with a properly designed enclosure and not some scorpion flea market trash.
