SERIOUS problem with ike sound....please read

I've been doing business with ikesound for a long time. I've ordered an amp, two infinity perfects, inifnity 6 x 9s and a box and ive never head a problem. Plus he warranties inifnity for 3 years so even if i do ever have a problem i can always just exchange it.

they want $70 an amp to exchange em.....did u have to pay if ever u had to exchange what u bought

I did have to exchange a sub once. I was stupid and didnt look at the amp and bridged it instead of using one channel and friend the voicecoil less than 5 mins after i had it but they took it back. I had a $29 shipping fee is all.

Me and my friends have ordered stuff from ikesound and the stuff we got had serial numbers. I guess it must have been the person that installed the amp.
