Screwing the sub

thats weird but anyways how do u put t-nuts in i want to do this and ditch my tamper proof screws considering i found out that u can buy the whole tamper proof bit set at harbor freight for like 10 bucks but i dont think the bit set says tamper proof but they do have all the bits tamper proof offers can someone link me a how to for the t-nuts?
