Gosh it must be those ****ed oil companies suppressing great new technology that allows us to run cars on like water and snake oil and all sorts of common cheap alternatives.

I just read through the titles of the last 102 episodes of MythBusters, and there's NOTHING to that affect anywhere.

And Lingerfelt is right. There are TONS of alternative fuels out there, but the techniques are kept secret and outlawed, so that we're stuck getting gasoline. Ethanol was needed, as they had to look like they where doing something in the way of alternative fuel research. They can make ethanol from lots of different vegetables, many of them cheaper and easier to grow than corn, but since corn was first associated with ethanol manufacturing, or course they're gonna keep it that way. Too many people have bought into corn, just for ethanol production, that they won't allow the ideals to change. America is just trying to be the next Iraq. If American's can't get oil, we'll make our own alternative, and tell the oil sheiks to go fvck themselves. Cause, that's how we roll. With 3 of the worlds largest auto manufacturers in America, and oil prices being so **** astronomical everywhere but the middle east, I give a decade before everything is using Ethanol, and we're back down to a buck a gallon. Of course, gasoline powered cars will never be off the road completely. At least not in any of our lifetimes.
