I've seen it done, I've helped do it, it works, and it works well. We have a 3.2 Acura V6, which was rated at ~230 hp from the factory. On Brown's gas, it generated 263.

most definately. the gas mileage isn't the appeal for me as is the apparent gain in horse power. the co-host of tom martino's (the guy from the fox 31 video clip on hydranox's website) radio show put one on his truck. he claims to notice a significant jump in power. not much in the way of fuel savings however, but it didn't go down.
