Replace speaker grills in rear deck

96 Altima...

Trying to put in some replacement speakers in the rear deck...

Tried to pry them off, doesn't seem to be it...they won't twist...

Can't find anything on the bottom side from inside the truck to unscrew...

How do you get the original plastic speaker grills off so I can remove the old speakers and put in new ones???
