i fell off the back of a car about 10 years ago and ended up with a concussion, two skull fractures, a nice hole below my bottom lip and a weeks stay in the hospital. While I should have been partially held accountable for making such a negligent decision, the state or my lawyer or whoever it was went after the driver. Fact of the matter is: if you are behind the wheel you are responsible for all parties. I made a mistake in judgement but if the right decision was made by the driver, then this wouldnt have happened. Ultimately Nick deserves more punishment than he got.

In all honesty I don't believe Nick was driving the car. After speaking with him after it happened, and looking at the photos of the car it just doesn't seem as if that is the truth. If you look at the drivers portion of the vehicle it would seem as if the one driving would have sustained the substantial amount of bodily injury. Also the steering wheel placement would be on par with where the now gaping hole is in his friends head.

All the facts don't add up and it seems as if it was a cover up for who was really driving rather than what had really happened. Granted we all know that Nick can't drive for shit but the facts don't add up in this case.
