Message: <blockquote data-quote="CRXBMPN" data-source="post: 4594754" data-attributes="member: 555841">i fell off the back of a car about 10 years ago and ended up with a concussion, two skull fractures, a nice hole below my bottom lip and a weeks stay in the hospital.  While I should have been partially held accountable for making such a negligent decision, the state or my lawyer or whoever it was went after the driver.  Fact of the matter is:  if you are behind the wheel you are responsible  for all parties.  I made a mistake in judgement but if the right decision was made by the driver, then this wouldnt have happened.  Ultimately Nick deserves more punishment than he got./random sidetrack</blockquote>
