Remember Nick hogan's accident? Well this is what the passenger....

At the same time, he got in the car with Nick, without a seatbelt on.
He HAD to have known Nick drives like a complete piece of shit...he took the chance, and didn't even put on a seatbelt.

Yes, Nick, and the whole Hogan family are worthless, but this guy had some responsibility for what happened to him.
well said.

I heard chuck norris punched that kid in the head at a bar fight and that is what happen to his head,,, It could be a rumor though

screw you for making my laugh at that //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/laugh.gif.48439b2acf2cfca21620f01e7f77d1e4.gif

Even though he didnt have his seatbelt on that doesnt mean he deserved what happened to him. They need to let the kid go, he shouldnt have to suffer what hes going through. And once they put the kid to rest then Nick needs to get the death penalty. he was driving, he was being stupid and honestly doesnt seem to care about anyone elses life including his own.

i don't think nick should serve anytime except the DUI time and the crash....

this kid, was drinkin too....prolly had a good buzz going....knew nick had drank. he probably even wanted to race around, he didn't wear a seatbelt.....all these things add up. i believe him being in the state he's in, is his own fault. When do u stop blaming others and start assuming responsibility for your actions.

here's an example: let's say u goto the bar, get totally shitfaced and start a fight, u get ur *** beat.....who's fault is it?

i would have to agree. the guy was older than Nick and has been his friend a long while to not "know" what it was going to be like. It is sad beyond words however but I also have a friend who killed 2 people while drunk driving and sat in prison for over a year. He messed himself up pretty bad and now talks to kids in schools about the dangers of drinking and driving. He often has said the wrong person died and to think a person just "thinks they got away with something" is not a reality. Pointing a finger to place blame or lack there of never clears anyones conscience.

While he may have been drinking and acting fool too, reality is he wasn't behind the wheel. For that fact alone, Nick gets the brunt of the responsibility and does deserve more time than just DUI charges. Your statement is ignorant. I agree they both are resposible, but Nick even moreso for doing this. If you can't see that, then your logic is skewed.

last time i checked the passenger got the ticket for not wearing their own seatbelt......not the driver.

and u saying my statement is ignorant....are u saying ignorant means stupid or uninformed? cause i'm well informed and ignorant does not mean stupid. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
