not all cars that are modded have been ragged out. Its all in the age of the person who built it. Buy a modded car from a 18 yr old and yeah its gonna be ragged out, but buy one from someone in there late 30's and chances are they take care of it. I know of plenty 400+hp DSM's that are in immaculate shape and are garaged kept and just plain nice!

no, no man speaks truth, i have a 450 hp camaro that i beat the shit out of, my buddys dad has a similar motor in his 55 chevy, i dont think hes gone over 60.

older people generally take care of there cars alot better than the young crowd. I know i used to beat the crap out of my car/cars. But i am older now and i understand the importance of keeping something in good shape.

On an unrelated topic, a friend of mine said that he's flipping cars and has a 280zx, i believe. And he'll put in a 2jz engine in and said those things go for 25G on ebay and shit. I went into wtf mode for a second.

I worked at advance auto parts, and we had multiple elder men with 500+hp cars that would rip around town and burnout in parking lots. they loved the cars, but you would never find one of those for sale.

dragnix you are right, there are plenty of younger people that do take care of there cars. I didnt mean to say all young people dont but ive been working on cars all my life, full time mechanic and i see what happens to most cars. Also those old farts out doing burnouts and stuff probably only do that once in a blue moon. LOL. but back on the topic OP needs a price range.
