Box is looking good. Quick question; what's the point of putting resin on the inside of the enclosure?

Correct. Unfortunately, you'd seal it just as well by simply applying it (or another mat'l) to the seems. Even when the box is pressurized, no measureable amount of air is being forces out through the wood panels themselves.
Many SPL competitors claim it 'add deebeez'. IMO it probably only does so when the box would have otherwise had leaks.

Thanks for clearing that up. I did it to seal up the box an if i gain output from it thatd be a plus.

Yea its an 07. Everything is brand new except for the sub amp. An that is in brand new condition.

hmm u should have slap that sub in a 6th order bandpass with 150 square inches of total port area...sh would be a bass head fo sho...but then again trunk room would have been eaten up...lol
