Questions before I send for re-cone.

It's a 15" Stereo Integrity Mag, I was playing it normally, everything was fine, then it just cut out, and that was it. The cone still moves if I push it, but when I hook it up to power there is nothing. So should I send it in?

PS Just this one question, not plural like implied in the title.
