whats stronger the cold cathode or the neon?

neons are for cars and signs

cold cathode is for computers.

less voltage.

neon, will probably run hotter but overall to me they seem brighter

Cold cathodes are not as durable as most neons. Neons are larger. Brightness is similar but neons are available in many more colors.

Now flat flexible LEC panels are a little more interesting.
