guy on the forums, name is Tim Roy - handle is Boomin SPL. he takes a little time to build and he is a busy guy. gotta email him for solid communication, but the recones look well built. good shipping in that box too. so far im happy with em. cant wait to build em up. gotta go get some screws for the basket tho.

cones\baskets are like under a pound. cant weigh much. the motor is like 50~60lb itself. basically its an exact clone of a DD9500 motor, but the top plate is missing the cross cut cooling channels.

see them right below that black digital designs ring there? all the soft parts are different obviously, it was WAY cheaper getting another recone for it. and DD has all these stupid policies now. maybe in the future ill get some DD recones for them. for now, the motors\cones\baskets were cheaper than a pair of BTL 18's w\o shipping that i saw on the forum.

I doubt you'll get DD recones for them. That's exactly why DD has all those policies in place these days.
