I just installed one of these P.O.S. units in a friends Mercury minivan and am now experiencing some high frequency distortion. The audio outs are running to a digital RF modulator to the stock deck. I thought that it might be ground loop but thats not it. I also tried an alternator noise surpressor and thats not it. I'm just wondering if anyone else has any alternative suggestions that I might try. This noise occurs when the engine is off and gets steadily louder when the engine is started or lights are turned on.
