My subwoofers pop when I reach a certain volume. No voltage drop not clipping. Also if I push one sub the other sub moves divided enclosure no leaks. Only does it when subs are hooked to amp.

It's not the port had box for 3 years does it no matter what amp I use.

Most likely bottoming out. Coils are hitting the back plate of the motor. Do this enough and you will get a sound constantly even at low volumes. Might be time for some new subs.

Agreed! That’s why I prefer sealed boxes….less likely to bottom out……

You should check the dust caps. They sometimes begin to unglue and let air escape at the edges at high volume. It sounds like bottoming out.

Box tuned to 41 ssf is around 35.

Could be a couple things. The sub's suspension may have softened up and now they're bottoming out at a volumes they used to play fine at. Spiders, dust caps and surrounds can all come unglued. Tinsel lead slap is another possible issue. The enclosure may have developed a leak. You might consider an enclosure that is tuned lower.

I don’t know without looking at it……..put if it’s happening to all 3 subs at once, probably not

Has woven leads so I doubt it’s lead slap. I’m confident it’s from bottoming out and if it does it now soon as they start moving, even at low volume the coil is damaged .

Ohm will read fine, it’s the coil, the former that is damaged

Only way to really confirm it is to take the sub apart and look at the coil but it’s not worth it. Better off upgrading at this point.
