1) relying on a supplement and using one properly dont contradict one another whatsoever. With a proper diet as you said, you can have a great workout. A supplement can also give you that edge to make the workout that much better.
2)using a supplement every day doesnt mean to become dependent on it. Thats what cycling is for (again, that falls under proper use). And your arguement is completely extreme. We are talking about taking a pre-workout supplement drink, not roids or testosterone pills or the like. COMPLETELY different situations in terms of extremeties of usage.
