Pre-Workout Drink????

Its nitric oxide DUMBASS caffeine is bad for the body and nobody is dependent on supplements dependent or addicted would be Juicing
no expands the blood vessles.. allowing more blood to flow... raising blood pressure. try taking no for 2 months before you work out every day. then stop.. you'll feel like your missing out something and lack energy... sounds dependent to me

 
For the past 3 weeks, been taking Cellucor p6 and a serving of Endorush pre workout. Not powder but I notice the difference during workout over powder. My buddy has been doing this for a couple months and it's the best combo he's done in his opinion. Powder after workout is what I've been doing.

 
thats why i always take 3 scoops of it lol. probably another reason it works the best for me

just like vegans think taking natural supplements are completly safe... take whatever dose and mix stuff up. well... just because it's natural doesn't mean it's safe. cocaine is natural... it'll kill the hell out of you. same as caffiene

 
Jack3d, Super Pump 250, Endo Rush are IMO the best pre workout drinks.

Jack3d- Small serving size, I always took 3 scoops of it. Take 30-45min before workout as it took some time to kick in. Very good stuff, taste isn't too bad. Made me feel like I could workout for hours

Super Pump 250- Very strong stuff. Very sweet sugary tasting. Out of all 3 pre workout supplements I def got the best pumps off of this. Beware: Know your tollerance to this stuff & take with food in your stomach. I swear it will give you the worst stomach ache of your life, hence why they refer to it as Super Dump.

Endo Rush- Only taken it a couple times. Strong, made me feel jittery. Decent pump from it, would def prefer jacked or super pump

Coffee is only good for u in small amounts less then a cup

but I don't give a shit what anyone says about supplements we all know bodybuilders have a shorter life term then a normal person and everything is unhealthy but we need specific doses of it all

Do you really think their shorter life spans are because of over the counter supplements? Maybe it's the ridiculous steroid abuse.

 
Pre-workout drinks = waste of money. X2 on water. The mind is a very powerful thing. If you think what you're drinking is going to make you stronger than it actually might. But that's where it ends.

pre workout drinks are not there to make you get bigger, they are there to make your workout better. Preworkout drinks just make your more focused and boost your metabolism and adrenaline levels (the technicalities on thsi are beyond me, but its prety easy to google and read up on if you know anything about human anatomy) more efficiently than anything else will. Saying that a preworkout drink doesnt work is like saying adderall doesnt make you more focused.

And just had my first workout with jack3d for those who are interested. Pumps are comparable to no xplod and white flood, but it made me quite a bit more focused. I got my workout done about 20 minutes faster.

Arnge Crush. Much better than NO-Xplode. It doesn't really do much no matter what you use, old fashion workout and health diet are the best. Supplements are only marginally helpful. NO supplements are like energy drinks more than anything

Actually short Lifespan is correlated to high caloric intake. so there are alot of variables to your assumption there

Maybe you should have read my username. Just because I just joined this site does not mean I don't know what I'm talking about. All I was trying to say is that some people minds are a lot stronger than others. If you really want to progress in your workouts you should not rely on drinks and supplements that are really not good for your body. Learn how to focus without these things and you'll be much better off if you have any intentions of sticking with your workouts.
