Pre-Workout Drink????

Haha yeah Marius is known to eat like 2lbs of bacon a day along with 1lb of chocolate. But he is also juiced to the gills, so its hard to use him as an example.
Yeah, I read it was like 3lbs of bacon + more pork for lunch and dinner. The guy eats like a whole pig every day.

Just take a real cycle if you are into spending that kind of money. its not like you are taking the healthy way by overusing stimulants and compounds that you don't even have a clue what they do.
Thanks l7runner, you seem to be the only other informed member contributing to this post. Might as well take the "big boy" supplements. It would probably be cheaper and healthier. And why get all swole for the gym only to lose it right after? Seems like a vicious cycle of going no where, like 95% of the guys I see in the gym.

Yeah people just have to realize that you have to bust your *** in the gym, eat right, and sleep well to make progress. That's about all there is to it. Everyone wants the easy way out, but unfortunately that's not what it takes. I know far too many curl monkeys taking all sorts of crap, but they have no idea what they are putting in there bodies, nor do they get stronger.

I normally work out for an hour without a pre workout before muscles give out but superpump allows me to take another 30 min which means im working harder bigger and better results faster I eat about 100-140g of protein a day and drink a gallon of water mixed with bcaa's and then finish the night with a once daily vitamin pill and a 8oz glass of milk my bench went up 75lbs in 3 months

D4mn that's really good. So what is your bench up to now?

Its the internet man, everyone benches 500. Has a job that pays 250K, and has a threesome with supermodels nightly. You should know that by now //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif

What's some of your opinions on just using a simple creatine monohydrate in small amounts, like 5g? Has anyone on here done solely a moderate dosage of creatine and nothing else?
Creatine Mono is a proven supplement. It has scientific backing unlike the majority of supplements out there. It is the only thing I take and would recommend it to others. 5 grams a day is the recommended dose, no need for a loading cycle. You can get a kilo for around $20 which will last you forever. Try for a brand that uses "creapure" which is a reputable manufacturer.

Yeah, I have tried 5g a day of creatine a couple of times. I noticed a couple lbs in water weight but no difference in strength. I just decided years ago to not take any supplements. All they are basically trying to do is replace something that may be missing from your diet. I prefer to get my supplements right from the source-real food. It just makes more sense to me and I have only gotten stronger over time.
