Pioneer h/u Sub level..

Seems as though everyone has their opinion on what its best to set it at. Some say leave it @ 0, while other say +6 for max voltage.

I wouldn't recommend it, it will increase voltage, but distortion at the same time

Just got off the phone w/ a product specialist at Pioneer. 0 is "full output". +1~+6 is a boost introducing distortion.

Stop failing. It was a cutout of the owner's manual for an 80-PRS. Its wording expresses that the Sub output is either an increase/decrease, meaning 0 would be full flat.
