Pioneer gm-840 how do i hook up

Wow. I haven't seen one of those amps in about 15 years. You'll need power wire, ground wire, remote turn on wire, speaker wires ans RCA cables. Basically, a run of the mil amplifier wiring kit. Before buying stuff, we need to know if you have a head unit with RCA outputs or if you're using your stock radio in which case you'd need a line level converter to convert your stock radio's speaker level outputs to RCA outputs.

Im not useing stock head unit, it does have the RCA inputs. The amp dont have power or remote wire inputs. All it has is RCA inputs

If I remember correctly, the amp had a molex wire harness that included the speaker wire outouts and power/ground/remote wire inputs. Does your amp include the plug? I suggest going to Pioneer's website and entering your amp's model number into their search box. You may be able to get the user manual there.
