Im not a fan of the rotary command either, but its 100 times better than that glidetouch crap.

The 7800 looks badass. I wish I would of waited on my 770. I gotsta get me a 780 when they come out!

I'm not a big fan on the rotary knob either, but since mine has broken in a bit it works better.

probably when all the decks come out I will have my new car. The 7800 looks pretty clean. I might consider that deck since Alpine is pretty sorry now and Eclipse cant ****ing make a deck that has a removable face.

Sorry but here's my top dislikes.

1. The face I HATE one button does everything feature.

2. The looks have alot more to be desired.

That set aside the specs looks very nice. I'll prolly end up looking for somthing from a different company if they have anything appealing enough for me to splurge on. Although maybe the premiers will be different god I hope so.

Two things.

1. Pioneer has to ship this stuff by April to get it to Best Buy on their shelf. Seems they set deadlines that are pretty strict. You don't have the product to them for the big switch, you are out of luck.

2. Seems that the 8600 fold down face style is a thing of the past.

Yes, they are cool, lets see how good that built in EQ is.
