Well I KINDA might be buying an ion V1 with a J&J ceramic 12" barrell, new mask with 2 lenses (one is the kind u cant see in for some reason) for $100

Told the guy I would come look at it saturday and hes holding it for me.......

Well I heard 3 people on here says they ****, few said they were great, 1 pmd me and said defientely get it, and I dont recall anyone saying any specific problems with them, or WHY I shouldnt get one, kinda assumed ppl just havent used it. I read up on pbnation and they said as long as your not throwing the gun around its a great accurate reliable gun.

Only bad review on there about them was that the external banjo fittings fail, cause there plastic, but if you dont bang them they wont break, or you can replace them with metal ones.

So why dont you like them? I havent bought the gun yet, just told the guy I was interested cause the price is VERY good after checking what theyare going for

I owned one. Since I was a Smart Parts tech, I got it for CHEAP. Banjo fittings are JUNK, they are air hogs, Dont EVER take it apart if you dont know EXACTLY what you are doing.. chances are it will leak when you re-assemble it. If you plan on using Co2 on it.. Another bad idea, the cheap reg will freeze up if you shoot too fast. On/Off buttons fail (its a membrane pad that just stops working) Other than that.. GREAT GUN!

Buy a **** 98 Custom and be done with it!

Ya I acutlaly did read that some of these electronic guns dont like C02 and only to use compressed air, is there a reason for that? Is there moisture in c02 or soemthing?

yes there is moisture.. Co2 IS LIQUID! And since the electro markers work by using solenoids to cycle the bolt, and shoot faster than mechanical markers, things freeze up and become useless and unrelaible til they thaw. The exception to the rule is a Spyder and all of its clones. They are sear trippers, and the gun fires mechanically instead of using air to cycle the bolt and hammer assembly. They CAN run on Co2.

It depends, Las Vegas 07 nppl I had and Ion as my back up.

Depending on how you set it up and upgrade, they can be very nice.

But I had around $450 into it
