PAC SWI-JACK Ford install Solder resistor?

I have download the specific instructions to install these steering wheel controls into my Ford.

They call for specific resitors to be wired in.

I guess I just solder and tape them?

Do I cut off the existing wire harness or is there a way to "tap" into the existing wires without cutting the harness?

use red but connector's, put the resistor inbetween the two butt conectors and insert wire's in the oposite end's...

t- tap's is what i use to tap into an exsisting wire..

man i dunno where to get them.. i get them threw AAMP of america.. witch is a part's distributer...

there made by 3M....
